This is a stressful time, with continual news updates, the fear of the unknown, and the unpredictable nature of the lockdown. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed and stressed. Most PAUSD families are facing similar worries and challenges.
This webinar will detail and demonstrate some practices that have been proven to reduce stress; such as deep breathing, positive visualization, and mindfulness. Our speakers will also share some best practices on how families in our community are coping with stress, followed by a Q & A session.
