Order a Certificate of Insurance

Including Page 2/Additional Insured from the AIM Insurance Company:

  1. The PTA President logs into AIM https://aim-companies.com with insured number and password. If you don’t know your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” link below and enter the email address associated with your policy. If you are unsure what email address is currently on your account, please call us at 1-800-876-4044 or email us at aim@aim-companies.com
  2. Click on: Request Additional Insureds. Select “Additional Insured AND Certificate Holder (This means you agree to share the total limits of the policy)”
  3. Fill out the Form
  4. COI + Additional Insured forms will arrive by email associated with the account and may take 2-3 business days.
