Make a reservation of a City of Palo Alto facility using their system

  1. Create an account with the City of Palo Alto Recreation department: https://secure.rec1.com/CA/palo-alto-ca/catalog. Click on “Facility Rentals” to see availability. Some of their locations have separate paperwork requirements (e.g. Lucie Stern Community Center has forms for table and seating placement).
  2. Upload the Letter of Determination to secure the non-profit rate
  3. Upload the Certificate of Insurance and the Additional Insured to meet their Insurance requirements.
  4. Make a reservation. Please note that the City requires a deposit/credit card to secure a reservation.
