Is there a bus driver, friend, teacher, neighbor, aide, crossing guard, fellow student, therapist, physician, volunteer or relative that has done something (however large or small) for your special needs child that makes that person a sweetheart to your family? Are you a student who has experienced support and compassion from an unexpected source and would like to say thanks?

Help us honor those wonderful people in our community who have made a positive difference in the life of a child with special needs by nominating them for a CAC Sweetheart Award. You can nominate anyone and you can nominate up to three people or organizations.

The only requirement is that you must write a paragraph (it can be short) about each person explaining why the nominee deserves a CAC Sweetheart Award.

Please send the paragraph, your name and contact information, along with the name and contact information of the person you are nominating to Rachel Paley (650) 346-5169

You can also nominate someone by using the online nomination form.
