We hope you can join us for the town hall hosted by The Palo Alto Council of PTAs (PTAC), in collaboration with the School PTAs. Superintendent Dr. Don Austin will be our guest speaker with members of his Cabinet Leadership. We will have two separate town halls to address the specific needs for the elementary schools and the secondary schools.

Palo Alto PTA Council (PTAC) VIRTUAL GENERAL ASSOCIATION FINAL MEETING
Due to the County’s Shelter-in-Place order in effect, our final General Association Meeting, previously scheduled, will remain on calendar. We will proceed on the same date: Wednesday, May 27th, except it will be a virtual meeting by Zoom. The Zoom dial in info will be sent to all PTA member schools Presidents and EVPs. If you are a member of the general public and you wish to attend, please request the Zoom dial in by sending an email to us. (President@paloaltopta.org). Thank you for your support of the PTA and helping to get to the finish line in this unusual school year (2019-2020).

2020-2021 Slate of Officers
The Palo Alto PTA Council honored five outstanding people and one group this year for their amazing service to the Palo Alto community.
The honorees are:
Stacey Ashlund for her work on inclusion
Ana Reyes for advocacy for the HPV vaccine
David Shen and Susan Usman – Led the Measure Z campaign that passed a $460 million dollar bond to upgrade and enhance our schools
Alva Spence for her work on student nutrition and health
Gunn Culture Connection Club for their volunteer translation services
