Wake Up Call: The Role of Sleep and Teen Health

We have a great panel of experts to talk about sleep as it relates to teens.  Come hear Drs Pelayo and Adelsheim on the science of sleep. Holly Pedersen, Parent’s Place parent educator will give us strategies on how to help our kids get enough sleep.  Chalres Young, Associate Superintendent of PAUSD will be present to answer questions about district efforts. More info
