SEL Webinar

PAUSD in partnership with Acknowledge Alliance and PTAC is hosting a webinar series on Building Resilience in our children, families and community, in a series of three sessions on Thursdays – 6/18, 6/25 and 7/2 from 4:30 – 5:30 pm.
Acknowledge Alliance Director Sarah Kremer, PhD, LPCC, ATR-BC, will provide a mix of research, strategies, and practical ideas to bring into family time while we are still figuring out what our world will look like in the future.

  • In the first session, we’ll discuss what resilience looks like for children (K-12) and adults.
  • In the second, we’ll acknowledge the experience by identifying challenges and successes, and
  • In the last, we will discuss how to move forward with uncertainty over the summer into next school year.

In each session, the focus is on conversations and practical strategies to try as well as welcoming every experience and response.
